Busy, Busy

Sorry for my absence peeps but work got in the way. La Chica's gotta pay the bills though!

Well, college football is officially over. Congratulations to the Florida Gators for the smackdown that was the BCS national championship game. What did it prove? Well, let's see:

A) Ohio State was overrated.
B) The Big 10 was overrated.
C) The SEC is faster.
D) ESPN doesn't know smack!
E) Now more than ever we need a playoff in college football. How much fun would it be to see Florida and Boise State (yep, I said that) play one more game. Boise State did go undefeated, after all.

And now we wait nine long months for Fall and the beginning of next season. This is when your Chica starts to get a little melancholy but fret not, I never harm myself. I'll get over this in about a month when college basketball fever finally hits me and March Madness is upon us.

On a lighter note, the NFL playoffs continue this weekend and if they're anything like last week's, it will be fun again. Stay tuned for some predictions.

Dawgdiva is happy she picked Florida in her cf pool, because athough she is a Gator Hater, she was happy to see UF say to OSU "We play REAL football"

OSU looked horrible. Just awful. Troy Smith kept running the wrong way and Ted Ginn injured himself during his TD celebration. Who was he channeling? Martin Gramatica?

And one last thing. Most of the prognosticators (pregame mind you) acted like Florida shouldn't have even been allowed to step on the field with OSU. Once again, no love for the Gators, but this made Dawgdiva have a chill. OSU bought their own hype.

GO DAWGS!!

"OSU bought their own hype." Hmmmm, very clever...........and thought provoking. Did you think that up all by yourself or hear it from one of the rocket scientists on ESPN?

DawgDiva is a jealous Georgia fan.

They haven't done anything in years. How many years has it been for Georgia?

Awww Dawgdiva is such a good sport but she simply can't resist posting to moronic posts. Actually I didn't listen to the ESPN prognosticators because if I had I would have thought OSU was going to give birth to the "chosen one" on the field during the pregame show or perhaps part Lake Havasu instead of dotting the "i".

And why would I be jealous of UF? They won, props to them, and I still don't like them. And I am still laughing at anons post because UGA has won lots of National Championships in many sports.
