Here is an article from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution regarding the Mike Vick dogfighting incident. Simply stated: The investigation has stalled. SHOCKER!
Given enough time, the right people can usually be paid off. It's unbelievable what this guy has been able to get away with thus far.
